About the Web Design Process

PROPOSAL

Starting with the Quote Request you emailed to us, we ascertain the style and look you want for your site, and what features you need.

After reviewing your responses, we determine if we are a good fit to work on your project and ask any follow-up questions we need to clarify your needs and goals. Then we create a proposal and quote for your project, which we send via email.

When you are ready to get started, you pay half as a deposit and the other half when the site is finished. Significant changes to the original agreement can incur additional fees, but these are always discussed before they are completed or charged.

 MOCKUPS

We provide a design "mockup" via email which we revise until you are satisfied with the design. We start with a page idea, and then evolve the design based on your feedback. Often when you see the mockup you will get more clarity on what you are looking for, and the revision process takes that into account. 

 CONSTRUCTION

Once you are happy with the proposed design, we begin to construct your site.

When the first phase of construction is finished, we will send snapshots of your site so you can look it. We incorporate any revisions and changes as we finish constructing the site.

 LAUNCH

Once the site is perfect and you are ready to launch, we will upload it to the hosting server for you. We also include one month of free bug fixes, just in case we missed something during testing.
